Our online classes combine industry-standard training with personalised coaching, giving you everything you need to succeed as an actor in the competitive worlds of film, TV, and theatre. Whether you're just starting out, refining your technique, or preparing for an audition, our courses offer the practical skills and insights you need to excel.
1-1 Sessions: Tailored Coaching for Your Unique Needs
For those who want more focused, personalised guidance, our 1-1 sessions are ideal. Whether you're working through a challenging scene, preparing for a specific audition, or tackling a particular technique, these sessions are designed to give you the individual attention and expert feedback you need to unlock your full potential.
Our tutors, who are experienced professionals in the acting industry, will tailor the session to your specific needs, providing constructive feedback and actionable advice. Whether it's refining your performance, perfecting a monologue, or exploring new techniques, we’ll work with you to ensure you're always progressing toward your next goal.
Weekly Online Classes: Structured TrainING from your own home
Our Weekly online Screen Acting Online classes follow a comprehensive training syllabus led by industry professionals working across film and television today. Classes take place in small, focused groups, allowing for personalised instruction and detailed feedback.
Designed for actors with some prior experience, the training focuses on practical screen acting techniques and real-world application for on-camera performance.
Actors join us from across the UK and internationally. Classes run once a week on either Tuesday or Wednesday evenings (7–9 PM UK time) and are taught live online via Zoom. Students attend one class per week and are allocated a class and tutor based on experience level and availability.
When registering, we ask for a short piece of footage of your work - this could be a professional showreel or a simple monologue recorded on your phone. Based on this and your experience, we’ll confirm whether you’re ready to join a group class and place you in the most suitable group.
As a Spotlight-accredited training provider, actors who complete two years of consistent part-time training with us become eligible for Spotlight membership.
The programme runs across five training blocks each year, with each block lasting six weeks. Full training dates can be found below.

Expert Guidance: Our tutors are not only active industry professionals but also teach at the very drama schools you’re applying to. They know exactly what audition panels are looking for and will provide you with insider knowledge and advice on how to make your performance stand out.
Audition Coaching: You’ll receive tailored coaching on your delivery, performance style, and audition technique, helping you perfect every aspect of your audition, from the monologues to the interview.

Online Self-Tape Success: Master the Art of Self-Taping
Self-tapes are now an essential part of the casting process, and our Online Self-Tape Success course will teach you how to create tapes that stand out. This course is designed to take you through the entire self-taping process, with a focus on both technical execution and performance.

Setting up your self-tape: From lighting and camera angles to framing, we’ll teach you how to create the perfect setup for your self-tape, no matter your space.

Unlocking your material—learning how to break down a scene, connect with your character, and perform naturally on camera, whether it’s for an audition, acting reel, or self-submission.

Recording and submitting your self-tape in a professional manner.
Once you've recorded your self-tape, you'll receive personalised feedback from our tutors, who will offer constructive critiques to help you refine your technique. With detailed feedback, you’ll understand what works, what needs improvement, and how to perfect your performance for future submissions.
By the end of this course, you'll have the skills to produce high-quality self-tapes that showcase your talents and capture the attention of casting directors.
